|27.02.2013 Easier e-invoicing with Telema EDI Module in 9 ERP systems|
Since the beginning of the year Telema, the leading EDI operator in the Baltics has signed three new cooperation agreements with IT-companies. As a result the clients of New Vision, Nixor and Vallaste&Partners are able to commence with e-document exchange faster and with less cost and effort.
In Estonia 420 million trade documents (orders, invoices, dispatch advices etc) are exchanged annually. Only 5% of those are moving electronically. Replacing papers with electronic documents would enable trade companies save millions of euros.
The signed agreements are part of Telema Certified Partners Program, that was initiated to offer easier and faster implementation of EDI documents. Telema EDI Module, built into ERP software, is similar to a Internet bank module. Once integrated into the ERP software it is easily accessible and enables sending and receiving e-orders as well as e-invoices directly from ERP. There is no need for further investments into separate software developments.
“Integration of Telema EDI Module into Winshop software means that shops across Estonia can significantly save on labor costs, because orders to suppliers are sent and invoices are received electronically," comments Kaja Lust, Sales Manager of New Visioni. Allan Vähejaus, Board Member of Vallaste&Partners adds: „Use of e-documents in trade is becoming a common request, therefore it is convenient when it is easily enabled by ERP.“
According to Telema CEO Hele Hammer the cooperation with local ERP support companies is very important in order to make EDI implementation faster. “Cooperation with three new partners has already made electronic document exchange traffic available to 45 shops and their suppliers, the number of users growing every week. We believe that the partnership brings added value to both, Telema as well as the clients of those IT support companies.”
Currently Telema Certified Partners are: New Vision, Nixor ja Vallaste & Partners, Sysdec, KMA, Taavi Tarkvara, BCS Itera, Ankravs and Rivile.
